Reconnecting Families One Week at a Time
A Family Parenting Plan Implementation Process
An intensive approach.
Intensive Family Transformations (IFT) is a shortened, 1-2 week program, designed to reunify or repair strained parent-child relationships. IFT is set up to prevent or reduce the issues that often hinder the traditional Intervention process.
Is IFT right for your family?
Is the child resisting or refusing contact with one caregiver?
Is a caregiver’s behavior intentionally or unintentionally harming your relationship with the child?
Have you had prior unsuccessful interventions?
Do you want to quickly and efficiently resolve costly and lengthy legal battles related to parenting time resistance or refusals?
The intensive difference
A team-based intervention
The collaboration of multiple, forensically-informed therapists working towards the same goals can increase the chance of success with even with the highest levels of resistance.
Stabilization
Focus on stabilizing the family system so that the necessary changes that will promote healthy relationships can begin.
Strategic roles
Each therapist on the treatment team is designated to work in a particular role, eliminating the conflicting roles that often inhibit an Intervention.
Efficient, comprehensive
Families benefit from not being in a court-ordered process for months or years at a time. Our condensed process allows for deeper issues to be reached quicker.
