Dr. DiCarlo is a forensic and counseling psychologist licensed in the State of Arizona. He received his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Northern Arizona University. He completed over 4,000 hours of pre- and post-doctoral training hours in forensic psychology. Dr. DiCarlo owns and operates Arizona Forensic & Clinical Psychology PLLC, a private practice specializing in family court matters. His clinical focus is on providing outcome-informed therapeutic interventions and reunification for parent-child contact problems. He also serves as an expert in the area of parent-child contact problems, parenting time, and other custody-related matters. Dr. DiCarlo strives to provide balanced evaluations in custody and parental fitness proceedings. Dr. DiCarlo is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Arizona Psychological Association, and is the president-elect of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). He regularly provides expert testimony and presents to professional organizations and groups in his area of expertise.

Dr. Branton is the founder and Clinical Director of Arizona Psychology Consultants, Inc. He is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Arizona and has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Family Psychology as well as a Masters in Clinical and Family Psychology. Dr. Branton completed his graduate work at Azusa Pacific University and his undergraduate work at Arizona State University. His doctoral internship was at the University Counseling Center at Texas State University – San Marcos. Dr. Branton has held adjunct faculty at several colleges and universities including Azusa Pacific University, Citrus Community College, South Mountain Community College and Phoenix Seminary. His private practice, which includes counseling, psychological assessment, forensic services and intervention services, is in conjunction with Professional Counseling Associates, where he is also the owner and Clinical Director. Dr. Branton’s specializations include marital and pre-marital counseling, individual counseling for mental health issues, family systems, men’s issues, sexual (process) and substance addictions, spiritual concerns and integration, depression, anxiety, and trauma/abuse issues.

Bianca joined the team in 2014 when she began her training to become a Therapy Dog. Bianca has since been certified by Therapy Dogs International. Bianca’s focus is working with all of the clients in any way she can help

Dr. Weinstock received his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. He is a licensed psychologist in Arizona and a licensed and retired attorney in New York and Massachusetts. His focus is on family Law, specifically family evaluations and family and individual counseling. He has conducted family law evaluations for over two decades, both privately and at the Pima County Conciliation Court. He has also provided treatment to adolescents, including experience working with the gifted population. Dr. Weinstock has experience working within the criminal justice system, which includes training at the Arizona State Hospital, conducting competency evaluations and risk assessments. Dr. Weinstock has experience with sexual offender and sex addiction evaluations and treatment. He is a board member of Arizona’s Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AzAFCC) and Notmykid.org. He is an advisory board member for Child Health & Resiliency Mastery (CHARM). He is currently part-time faculty in the Graduate Psychology Department at Northern Arizona University (NAU) and assists with a forensic rotation for Creighton University School of Medicine-Phoenix. He participated with the Maricopa County Superior Court’s Behavioral Health Committee. He is a former board member for the Arizona Psychological Foundation (AzPF), Arizona’s Domestic Relations Committee and the Arizona Psychological Association (AzPA). He is also a former co-chair of the Arizona Psychological Association’s forensic committee and Communications Representative for the Arizona Psychological Association (AzPA).
